SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with Canada Post or Canpar Courier.

Items DOA (Dead on Arrival) or physically damaged during shipping will be covered under free return shipping.

If an item is returned due to being unwanted (Product is fully functional) customer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be sent back with original packaging and all accessories. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied.

If an item purchased online is sent back to Infotech Computers, and is approved for refund, the refund may take up to 8-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Infotech will be responsible for providing proof of refund via our payment system. If you believe the refund has not gone through, please contact us immediately so we can provide you with all and any information regarding the refund.
